   Plan

   Access, season, module sequence, interfaces, QHSE and required CNESST notices. The operating plan comes before the drawings.

2. 02

   Mobilize

   Crews, tools, modules and crane requirements are coordinated with forest roads, FIFO schedules and weather windows.

3. 03

   Assemble

   Pad preparation, placement, shimming, lifting and connections follow one field sequence, with containment when a module contains a contaminant.

4. 04

   Support

   Field supervision, coordination with the owner and independent air testing are included when the mandate requires them.

5. 05

   Deliver

   Handover, release and demobilization close the work. At end of cycle, decontamination can precede selective dismantling.

The sequence applies to a mining camp, a modular assembly project or camp abatement: field work starts from a documented plan.
