Disaster recovery for mining camps and sites
Water or fire damage can affect camp buildings and operations. LPT carries out the disaster recovery work defined with the client and the parties responsible for the project.
Set the scope and priorities
Site conditions, the extent of known damage, access and work already started are reviewed to prepare the scope. Responsibilities and expected steps are clarified with the client before intervention.
Cleaning and designated material removal
Depending on the agreed scope, work can include specialized cleaning, removal of damaged materials and selective demolition needed for repairs. Where contamination is present, it is addressed under an appropriate remediation scope.
Coordinate building repairs
LPT can connect recovery work with assembly, renovation and above-ground construction. Coordination takes camp activities and the other contractors working on the site into account.
