What the owner is buying
Pad and access (1.3), prefabricated modules (13.5), lift, levelling, hook-ups, sometimes abatement of an existing camp. Preliminary design if the project starts from zero — a study, not construction drawings.
LPT acts as integrator: Canadian structures, skids, telecom, power. Operating staff (kitchen, housekeeping, security) stay with the client.
