LPT Industriel assembles modular camps. Dorms, kitchens, offices, shops, skids. We do not build the mill: we set what arrives as prefab.
RBQ 5734-5225-01, 13.5 for prefab, 1.3 for the pad. If the module is contaminated, we abate before we assemble. We do not operate the camp.
What assembly includes
LPT Industriel assembles camps and prefabricated buildings. Dorms, kitchens, offices, shops, corridors, mechanical skids. The module arrives. We set it, level it, connect it. We do not build the mill, the concentrator, or a general-construction lot.
RBQ licence 5734-5225-01 carries 13.5 for prefab and 1.3 for the pad. If a module is contaminated — asbestos, mould — we abate before we assemble. One contact. Two trades, in that order.
When it applies
New camp, expansion, moving an existing building, a technical skid beside a mill. The need is a prefabricated work on a mining, forest or industrial site — not a house garage, not a shopping centre.
Deliverables
A camp or building assembled as contracted: levelled, hooked up to the agreed point, ready for the operator. Engineering seals stay with the professional on the file — LPT is not the OIQ. We do not run the camp.
To price the work
- — Module list, masses and lift points
- — Site access, load limits, season
- — Pad condition or civil-works need
- — Occupancy: empty, partial, or live camp
