Supervisor in front of a module lift on a winter camp

Installation

Set the module. Level. Connect.

The module is a product. The pad, the crane and the sequence are the trade.

Licence 13.5 for prefab, 1.3 for the pad. We do not manufacture the module. We set it so it holds through winter.

Lift plan, bearing ground, wind, signaler, exclusion zone. Fluid and electrical hook-ups per the camp spec — field connectors, not improvisation.

On the pad

Levelling, anchoring, corridors, technical skids. A 60-foot module is not set by eye. The crane is often a specialist or the owner’s — LPT coordinates the plan either way.

If the module is contaminated, we abate before assembly. CSTC first.

Suppliers

Pro-Fab, ATCO, Dexterra, Black Diamond, Roulottes Gagnon and other Canadian manufacturers. LPT has no exclusive contract with them. The client may specify their own.

Questions

FAQ

Do you sell the modules?+

We install and coordinate. The supplier can be yours or a partner, depending on the project.

48-hour installation?+

A study target on a ready pad, not a universal guarantee. Season and lifting decide.
